The Wild Rose is a home that is totally unique in its design and renovations.  There is pine woodwork thoughout the house with cathedral and beamed ceilings.  The main floor has a cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace and a library full of idea and technique books and magazines which should get the creative juices flowing.  The kitchen is country style and equipped with all the basics for you to prepare your own meals or have our catering service do the work for you.  It has a large farm style table that will accomodate up to twelve people and is perfect for sharing meals and playing cards and games. 

The great room upstairs is spacious with a quaint nook area for those who want to curl up with a good book  There is a DVD player available and more reading materials.  There are three bedrooms on this level each with two single beds per room; all bedding is provided and includes a custom made quilt. 

There is a full bathroom on each level, complete with towels.

Upstairs in the loft area are two more bedrooms that over look the great room.  Each of these rooms has three single beds with bedding and quilts provided.

The porch off the front of the house has seating for several people. Outside there is a stone fire pit and equipment for a game of horse shoes.  Nevis is a beautiful area with lakes galore.  It is also home to the Heartland State Bike Trail which is a 40 mile paved trail that runs between Park Rapids and Walker.
